Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and maintain UI automation test suites for AI applications using Playwright.
  • Build and execute API automation tests to validate system integrations, reliability, and performance.
  • Create, test, and optimize AI prompts to ensure consistent, high-quality AI outputs aligned with product goals.
  • Experiment with prompt variations and evaluate AI behavior across multiple real-world use cases.
  • Verify AI model outputs for accuracy, reliability, and alignment with defined benchmarks.
  • Identify and assess risks related to AI security, data privacy, and ethical compliance.
  • Collaborate with developers, data scientists, and product teams to understand requirements and testing scope.
  • Document test results, defects, and insights, and provide clear recommendations for improvements.
  • Continuously explore new AI testing methodologies, tools, and automation best practices.
  • Proactively propose process improvements to enhance AI quality assurance and validation workflows.

Position Requirement

  • Strong programming proficiency in Python and JavaScript.
  • Hands-on experience with UI automation frameworks, specifically Playwright.
  • Proven experience in API automation testing and validation.
  • Solid understanding of AI and machine learning fundamentals, including Responsible AI principles.
  • Practical experience in AI prompt engineering and output optimization.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a QA-driven mindset.
  • Awareness of security, privacy, and ethical considerations in AI-based systems.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.

We’re looking for a Customer Success – Tech Associate who loves working with customers, understands how interior design & build businesses actually work, and takes full ownership of customer outcomes. You’ll be the face of Dzylo for our customers and the voice of customers for our tech team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Onboard customers and help them adopt Dzylo in their day-to-day work.
  • Deeply understand customer workflows and solve real on-ground problems.
  • Build strong relationships through high ownership and customer obsession.
  • Act as a bridge between customers and the tech team for feedback and enhancements.
  • Explain new features and improvements clearly to customers.
  • Create simple, practical guides and documentation to make Dzylo easy to use.

Position Requirement

  • Strong communication skills in English, Hindi, and Telugu.
  • Interest or experience in the interior design and build industry.
  • Comfortable with SaaS tools and explaining technology simply.
  • Willing to travel within the city when needed.

  • Good understanding of the interior design and build industry (or willingness to learn deeply).

  • Ability to understand customer pain points and translate them into actionable solutions.

We’re looking for a Customer Success – Tech Associate who thrives on working closely with customers, deeply understands how interior design & build businesses run in the real world, and owns customer outcomes end-to-end. You’ll be the face of Dzylo for our customers and the strongest voice of customers within our tech team—turning real feedback into real product impact.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support Enterprise Account Executives with pre-demo research, deal tracking, and proposal preparation.
  • Engage prospects through relevant content sharing, timely follow-ups, and structured nurturing to advance deals.
  • Conduct outreach to multiple decision-makers within target accounts to effectively multithread opportunities.
  • Maintain accurate CRM records by documenting all prospect interactions, activities, and detailed notes.

Position Requirement

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with a professional client-facing approach.
  • Analytical mindset with working proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets.
  • Ability to leverage AI tools to improve productivity and operational efficiency.
  • Highly organised, detail-oriented, and self-motivated with strong ownership.
  • Curiosity and genuine interest in AI, SaaS, and technology-driven products.
